NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN and COUNCILLORS ARE SUMMONED to attend the meeting of Market Rasen Town Council, on Wednesday 8th July 2026 at 7.00pm to be held in the Committee Room of the Festival Hall, Caistor Road, Market Rasen LN8 3HT.
Members of the public and the press are invited to attend. This is a public meeting which may be filmed, recorded, and published.

2.Apologies
To receive apologies and resolve to accept valid reasons for absence.
3.Public Forum
Resolve to suspend the meeting for a maximum of ten minutes to allow members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to the Council.
4.Declarations of Interest
To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act and to consider any applications for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.
Councillors may make a declaration of interest at this point and during the course of the meeting.

8.Co-option Application
To consider application received and invite applicant to address the Council in support of their application.
a)To vote and resolve on the co-option of the applicant.
9.Carried forward from 13th May 2026, minute ref 00174 relates. Agree representatives to Council Groups and Outside Bodies.
10.To receive an update on future events and any associated costs.
11.To receive a Neighbourhood Plan update.
12.To consider whether the council wishes to submit a response in respect of the statutory consultation received for the Lincolnshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan that started Monday 15 June 2026 and finishes at 5pm on Friday 31 July 2026.
13.Resolve to enter into digital 60-month contract with BT retaining line number 01673 842479 with two users one number, new grade broadband with 4G backup for office and use of Wi-Fi extenders for Festival Hall. Remove obsolete line number 01673 308010 along with old style broadband that currently feeds Festival Hall as it drops out and is unstable.
14.Finance
a. Resolve accounts for payment.
b. Resolve to accept the 2026/27 bank reconciliation(s) for April, May and June and associated banks balances presented.
c. Retrospectively approve the purchase of a petrol-powered jet washer at a cost of £177.52.
d. Resolve a civic allowance for £100 is paid for 2026/27.
e. Resolve to retain a £300 bar float and £200 in Petty Cash.
