The Chairman opened the meeting and welcomed those in attendance.

It was Resolved: To accept apologies with valid reason of absence from Cllr M Hassan and Cllr K Lambie.
No apologies for absence received for Cllr J Adekoya or Cllr A Dale.

00162. GO FESTIVAL EVENT
a. Agree to host in conjunction with WLDC a Market Rasen Go Festival event in June 2026
It was Resolved: To host a Market Rasen Go Festival in conjunction with WLDC.
b. Agree a budget for Go Festival
It was Resolved: A budget £2,250.00 was agreed.

It was Resolved: To accept and adopt the Standing Orders presented.
b.Financial Regulations
It was Resolved: To accept and adopt the Financial Regulations presented.
00164. RESOLVE TO ACCEPT THE ASSET REGISTER FOR THE TOWN COUNCIL AS AT 25TH MARCH 2026
It was Resolved: To accept the Asset Registered as at 25th March 2026, total value £783,732.15.

To resolve responses to new planning and tree applications received since the last meeting of the Town Council and any new applications received since the publication of the agenda.
