NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN and COUNCILLORS ARE SUMMONED to attend the meeting of Market Rasen Town Council, on Wednesday 11th June 2025 at 7.00pm to be held in the Committee Room of the Festival Hall, Caistor Road, Market Rasen LN8 3HT.
Members of the public and the press are invited to attend. This is a public meeting which may be filmed, recorded, and published.

AGENDA
1.Open Meeting
The Chairman to welcome those attending and make any announcements
2.Apologies
To receive apologies and resolve to accept valid reasons for absence.
3.Public Forum
Resolve to suspend the meeting for a maximum of twenty minutes to allow members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to the Council.
4.Declarations of Interest
To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act and to consider any applications for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.
Councillors may make a declaration of interest at this point and during the course of the meeting.
5.Minutes
To receive as a correct record the draft notes of the Town Council meeting held on 14th May 2025.
6.To receive the District and County Councillor reports.
7.To receive a verbal update from the Town Clerk on items that have occurred since the last meeting of the Council.
8.Resolve to hold an event on the 30th August 2025 and agree any associated budget.
9.Resolve to permit Oasis Dental Care exclusive car parking rights at the Old Police Station.
10.Resolve for the Clerk and Maintenance Operative to attend First Aid Training on the 28th October 2025 at a cost of £78 each plus VAT hosted through LALC.
11.Resolve to remain with Zurich Insurance at a cost of £5,550.39. A reduction of £412.39 when compared to last year.
12.Finance
a) Resolve accounts for payment.
b) To resolve the Direct Debit payments for 2025/26
c) To resolve Bank Signatories for 2025/26 and any amendments.
d) Resolve to accept the Income and Expenditure for the period 2024/25.
e) Resolve to accept the 2024/25 bank reconciliation(s) for the period October to March inclusive.
f) Resolve for the Clerk to have delegated authority to request and audit extension to PKF Littlejohn until to end of July if required.
g) To sign off the Annual Governance and Accountability (AGAR) 2024/25
