  1. To ELECT a Chairman 
  2. To approve and accept apologies for absence and reasons given.
  3. To CONSIDER the Terms of Reference of the merger of the two committees. 
  4. To RECEIVE any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the localism    Act 2011 and to consider any applications for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests. 
  5. To RESOLVE to approve the draft minutes of the last meeting, held on 30th January 2023, as a correct record.  (Copies circulated)
  6. To CONSIDER the Fire Alarm System Quotes
  7. To CONSIDER Dishwasher quotes for the Festival Hall
  8. To RESOLVE that under the public bodies (admission to meetings) act 1960, the public and representatives of the press and broadcast media be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the following items of business as publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest because of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted. (Should this resolution be passed the public and press will be required to leave the meeting at this stage)
     
  9. To CONSIDER any cost implications of the recommendations from the Human Resource Committee held 3rd October 2023 . (Report circulated).
