You are hereby notified of the next meeting of the Human Resources Committee of Market Rasen Town Council, which will be held on Tuesday 30th April at 6pm in the Committee Room of the Festival Hall, Caistor Road, Market Rasen.

                                             Agenda

1. The APPROVE the minutes of the last meeting held 7th February 2024
    
2. To RESOLVE that under the public bodies (admission to meetings) act 1960, the public and representatives of the press and broadcast media be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the following items of business as publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest because of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
   Should this resolution be passed the public and press will be required to leave the meeting at this stage.
    
3. .   a) To NOTE the resignation of the Clerk

              b) To REVIEW and update the job description and person specification

             c) To RESOLVE a time frame for advertising the vacancy, interviews etc. 

      4.  To NOTE the complaint received in connection with a staff member and to receive a report on the outcome.

      5.  a)  To ACCEPT the confidential reports received from the HR Consultant on the welfare meetings held 27th March 2024 and 22nd April 2024 (available at the meeting)

           b)  To RESOLVE the points raised and to agree the way forward to address these.
