NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN and COUNCILLORS ARE SUMMONED to attend the meeting of Market Rasen Town Council, on Wednesday 11th December 2024 at 7.00pm in the Committee Room of the Festival Hall, Caistor Road, Market Rasen LN8 3HT.
Members of the public and the press are invited to attend. This is public meeting which may be filmed, recorded, and published.

To receive apologies and resolve to accept valid reasons for absence
3.Public Forum
Members of the public may address the council for a period that shall not exceed twenty minutes in respect of the business on the agenda, or raise items which may become future agenda items.
4.Declarations of Interest
To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2012 and to consider any applications for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.
Councillors may make a declaration of interest at this point and during the course of the meeting.

6.To receive the District & County Councillor reports.
7.To receive an update from Cllr S Bunney on the WLDC Large Village Fund.
8.Contract renewal on four Town Council electricity accounts and resolve supplier.
9.To resolve to accept the LALC Internal Audit Service Requirement and Terms of Engagement.
10.To resolve using Rospa Play safety for the annual play park inspection on Town Council sites.
11.Finance
a)Resolve accounts for payment.

To resolve responses to new planning and tree application received since the last meeting of the Town Council and any new applications received since the publication of the agenda.
a). To note item discussed by WLDC Planning Committee on 04/12/24 - Re-consultation WL/2024/00317 - Planning application to change the use and convert the existing storage building into 1 dwelling and 1 apartment. Location: 28 Oxford Street, Market Rasen LN8 3AL.
