To DISCUSS applications received since the last full council meeting including;
148014 Land to the south of Legsby Road, Planning application for the erection of 41no. dwellings (Use Class C3) together with ancillary garages, landscaping, drainage features, equipped and natural areas of open space, infrastructure (including access) and associated works.
148012 10 Market Place, Advertisement consent to install 2no. non-illuminated hand painted heritage brand fascia's, a heritage projecting sign, suspended non- illuminated Directory of Services & 1no. marketing poster displayed in the ground floor windows, an A4 opening hours sign and A5 CCTV sign on the main entrance door.
148011 9 & 10 Market Place, Listed building consent for an internal fit out to create a community Banking Hub including push pad for existing door to enable automated use, installation of heritage advertisement, internal partition walls and finishes, installation of 2no. louvre, 2no. AC condenser units and a builders opening, refrigerant cabling on the side elevation & external advertising.

12. 2024 Proposal for the Market Place
To RESOLVE to accept a proposal regarding future use of the Market Place
13. To RESOLVE that under the public bodies (admission to meetings) act 1960, the public and representatives of the press and broadcast media be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the following items of business as publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest because of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted. Should this resolution be passed the public and press will be required to leave the meeting at this stage.
