NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN and COUNCILLORS ARE SUMMONED to attend the meeting of Market Rasen Town Council, on Wednesday 13th November 2024 at 7.00pm in the Committee Room of the Festival Hall, Caistor Road, Market Rasen LN8 3HT.
Members of the public and the press are invited to attend. This is public meeting which may be filmed, recorded, and published.

1.Open Meeting
The Chairman to welcome those attending and make any announcements
2.Apologies
To receive apologies and resolve to accept valid reasons for absence
3.Public Forum
Members of the public may address the council for a period that shall not exceed twenty minutes in respect of the business on the agenda, or raise items which may become future agenda items.
4.Declarations of Interest
To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2012 and to consider any applications for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.
Councillors may make a declaration of interest at this point and during the course of the meeting.
5.Minutes
a)To receive as a correct record the draft notes of the Town Council meeting on 9 October 2024.
6.To receive the Clerk’s Report.
7.To receive the District & County Councillor reports.
8.To consider a request for double yellow lines on Union Street and Jameson Bridge Street and resolve whether the Town Council are in support of these.
9.To consider a request for the parking of two vehicles at the Old Police Station and any agreement terms should it be resolved to accept.
10.Resolve whether the Town Council has any comments they wish to submit to correspondence received from the Diversity Impact Assessment Consultation Team JNP Group as part of the public consultation process for proposed engineering works to Chapel Street bridge in Market Rasen.
11.Finance
a)Resolve accounts for payment.

a). Flat C, 16 Union Street, Market Rasen LN8 3AA - Application: WL/2024/00803 - Proposal: Listed building consent for replacement of 4no. windows and one door for double glazed versions.
b). 28 OXFORD Street, MARKET RASEN LN8 3AL – Application: WL/2024/00317 - Proposal: Planning application for the change of use of workshop/store building in to 2no. dwellings including first floor extension.
c). To note application Withdrawn - Cranebridge House, Willingham Road, Market Rasen LN8 3RE – Application: WL/2024/00079 - Proposal: Planning application for proposed barn conversion to create 3no. dwellings - resubmission of 147050.

To resolve moving into a closed session under the Public Bodies Admission to Meeting Act 1960
