- Chairman’s opening remarks.
- To approve and accept apologies for absence and reasons given.
- To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the localism Act 2011 and to consider any applications for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.
- To resolve to approve the draft minutes of the last committee meeting held on the 26th of April 2021 as a correct record. (Minutes to follow).
- To note any updates on the ROSPA report.
- To note updates on ongoing repair projects.
- To receive a report from the Maintenance Operative regarding premises maintenance issues.
- To consider quotes received for office security systems.
- To note an update on the drains under the council office.
- To consider quotes for tree surveys of council properties.
- To consider the purchase of a fit for purpose litter/caretaker barrow.
- To consider a tenant request for key access to the courtyard of the Old Police Station for meter reading.
- To consider making changes to the closure/checking procedure for Festival Hall Bookings for large events (weddings/Parties) ending after 11pm.
- To consider any recommendations for the 2022/23 budget
