1. Chairman’s opening remarks. 
2. To approve and accept apologies for absence and reasons given.
3. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the localism Act 2011 and to consider any applications for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.
4. To resolve to approve the draft minutes of the last committee meeting held on the 26th of April 2021 as a correct record. (Minutes to follow).
5. To note any updates on the ROSPA report.
6. To note updates on ongoing repair projects. 
7. To receive a report from the Maintenance Operative regarding premises maintenance issues. 
8. To consider quotes received for office security systems.
9. To note an update on the drains under the council office.
10. To consider quotes for tree surveys of council properties.
11. To consider the purchase of a fit for purpose litter/caretaker barrow.
12. To consider a tenant request for key access to the courtyard of the Old Police Station for meter reading.
13. To consider making changes to the closure/checking procedure for Festival Hall Bookings for large events (weddings/Parties) ending after 11pm. 
14. To consider any recommendations for the 2022/23 budget
