You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Finance Committee of Market Rasen Town Council, which will be held on Wednesday 17th November 2021 at 5pm in the Council Office adjacent to the Festival Hall, Caistor Road, Market Rasen.

  1. Chairman’s opening remarks. 
  2. To RESOLVE to approve and accept apologies for absence and reasons given.
  3. To RECEIVE any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the localism Act 2011 and to consider any applications for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests. 
  4. To RESOLVE to approve the draft minutes of the last meeting, held on July 26th, 2021, as a correct record. (Copies circulated)
  5. To NOTE the internal control checklist for Q1 2021/22(to follow) and NOMINATE a member to undertake the internal control checklist for Q2 2021/22.
  6. To CONSIDER Market and Festival Hall charges and RESOLVE any changes. (Report Circulated) 
  7. To NOTE the RFO budget and precept report 2022/23 (including income/expenditure to end of month 7) and RESOLVE the draft budget and estimated precept request for submission to WLDC. (Copies circulated)
  8. To RESOLVE that under the public bodies (admission to meetings) act 1960, the public and representatives of the press and broadcast media be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the following items of business as publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest because of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted. (Should this resolution be passed the public and press will be required to leave the meeting at this stage)
