1.  To NOTE apologies for absence and to RESOLVE to approve the reasons for absence.

2.  Public Participation (max 20 minutes) 

3.  To RECEIVE any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the localism Act 2011 and to consider any applications for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests. Members may make any declarations of interest at this point but may also make them again at any time during the course of the meeting.

4.  To RESOLVE to approve the draft minutes of the last meeting, held on December the 14th, 2022.  (Copies circulated)

5.  To NOTE any update on Action Points (Report circulated)

6.  To RECEIVE any report of the District & County Councillor. 

7.  To NOTE the Clerk's Report (Report circulated)

8.  To RESOLVE the budget for the financial year 2023/2024.  (Draft budget circulated) 

9.  To RESOLVE the precept request for the financial year 2023/2024.  (Recommendation circulated)

10. To RESOLVE to approve the precept analysis statement for inclusion in the Council Tax booklet.  (Draft circulated) 

11.  Accounts for payment: 

  • To RESOLVE to approve the accounts for payment.  (To follow electronically on the day of the meeting)

12. To CONSIDER a review of the use of Council Properties. 

13. To CONSIDER any action in relation to correspondence regarding pigeon waste on Queen Street. 

14. To CONSIDER events for 2023. 

15. Any items for the next agenda. 

16. Risk Management.  

17. To RESOLVE that under the public bodies (admission to meetings) act 1960, the public and representatives of the press and broadcast media be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the following items of business as publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest because of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.

 

Should this resolution be passed the public and press will be required to leave the meeting at this stage.
