To RECEIVE any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the localism Act 2011 and to consider any applications for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.  

Members may make any declarations of interest at this point but may also make them again at any time during the course of the meeting

To RESOLVE to propose projects to West Lindsey District Council (Appendix D)

To consider an application for 6 detached bungalow dwellings and associated garages on land to the south of, Legsby Road, Market Rasen, LN8 3DZ (Appendix E)

11.    Public Footpaths and Bridleways

To CONSIDER proposing public footpaths and/or bridleways for capital improvement to Lincolnshire County Council

 

12.    Town Events Working Group

             To RESOLVE to engage and join such a community group 

 

13.    Bank Reconciliations

             a) To RECEIVE the current account reconciliation to 31 May 2023 (Appendix F)

             b) To RECEIVE the savings account reconciliation to 31 May 2023 (Appendix G)

             c).To RECEIVE the Town Partnership reconciliation to 31 May 2023 (Appendix H)

 

14.    Accounts for Payment

             a) To NOTE the transfer of £500 from the Town Partnership account to the Market Rasen Environment Group 

             b) TO RESOLVE to transfer the remaining balance of £3.53 from the Town Partnership account to the current account and close the Town Partnership account

             c) To RESOLVE to authorise the accounts for payment (Appendix I)

 

15.   Festival Hall Interim Buisness Plan

a) To RECEIVE the projected income and expenditure report  (Appendix J to follow)

             b) To CONSIDER any associated questions to advance the report 

 

16.    Town Band Sponsorship  (Appendix K)

To CONSIDER the update received from the Town Band and whether to RESOLVE to award funding

 

17.   July’s Agenda

To RECEIVE any items for the next agenda

 

18.  Confidential Business

To RESOLVE that under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, the ublic and representatives of the press and broadcast media be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the following items of businees, as publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest because of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.

Should this resolution be passed the public and press will be required to leave the meeting at this stage.

a) To RESOLVE the Festival Hall bar contract
